Looking for some help/understanding…
I recently figured out that I actually had 2 Plex accounts set up under 2 different email address, one with the lifetime PLEX Pass, and the other without.
I have cancelled/deleted the account without the PLEX Pass, but was hoping to update my username on the account with the PLEX Pass that I am keeping, with the username from the account I have deleted. However, I have waited 30 days (32 days now), but am still unable to update to the desired username.
I suppose it could have been grabbed, but I feel this is unlikely given the uniqueness of the username, so I am reaching out understand if there is a longer waiting period than I understood for usernames to be released, or if there may be some other block/limitation that I am not aware of.
