I upgarded to Plex Pass a few days ago and ever since half my movies won’t play. I just get a spinning wheel as do many of my users. I have a seedbox through whatbox (so I a not running on my own server at home). I feel like some settings have been changed somewhere by upgrading and I don’t know what to change. I emailed Plex cancelling the pass (it was for one month) and asked them to just turn it off completely, rather than let the month run out, hoping this would fix it, but they have not replied.
Any ideas?
