Following the support page for upgrading Plex Pass, I tried to upgrade my subscription to yearly from monthly, but it doesn’t appear to be an option on my Subscription management page. I purchased by sub via Google Play. Is there a different method I need to follow to upgrade this? Or, do I have to cancel and re-sub?
