Upgrade to v.1.41.6.9685-d301f511a has stopped access to my local Libraries

Server Version#: v.1.41.6.9685-d301f511a
Player Version#: Unsure
Since upgrading to v.1.41.6.9685-d301f511a, I lost connectivity to my local libraries, from my Plex Media Server. I tried reinstalling, and I got the “404” error, related to the “Plugins” not being in the “Resources” directory, once I fixed that, still can’t see the libraries.
I also tried going into the “Authorised Devices”, and removing the “Plex Media Server”, and then tried re-connecting to it again, but that also didn’t work.

Is anyone able to offer any assistance? I’ve tried so many things, full uninstall and reinstall, changing DNS settings, everything I could think of, and researched, and I’m loosing my mind!
The latest issue I’m getting now, is the below:
Apr 21, 2025 14:42:28.117 [19108] DEBUG - [Req#41/HCl#35] HTTP requesting POST https://plex.tv/api/v2/pins?strong=true
Apr 21, 2025 14:42:28.118 [11780] DEBUG - Completed: [127.0.0.1:55654] 200 GET /myplex/launch (3 live) #41 GZIP 1ms 3488 bytes (pipelined: 31)
Apr 21, 2025 14:42:28.456 [4744] WARN - [HttpClient/HCl#35] HTTP error requesting POST https://plex.tv/api/v2/pins?strong=true (35, SSL connect error) (Send failure: Connection was reset)
Apr 21, 2025 14:42:28.456 [19108] ERROR - [Req#41] MyPlex: Failed to retrieve PIN: -35

Appears to be an issue with getting to HTTPS, no wonder why it suddenly started, I made no changes, tried turning off all virus and firewalls, only thing I can think of is it’s my ISP made a change.
I’ve also tried disabling IPV6, and setting the DNS Server to something external, mines usually on auto.
The system is now sitting in the “Getting Ready…” loop.
