Upgraded from remote pass to Plex Pass

I upgraded from Remote Pass to Plex pass on my iPhone and it keeps saying “Enjoy your plex pass” but it’s still locked to remote pass despite setting up a subscription and charging me. Why is this happening, I don’t even have remote pass anymore.

If you got it through the Apple App store it can take up to 24hours to send us updated information to update your account.

Your remote watch pass renewal is canceled but it still paid for so it is still active.

Alright I’ll give it 8 more hours

So nothing has updated yet, what’s going on.

And adding to @BigWheel here, you also have the option to create a ticket with the accounting & billing team, allowing them to force remove the remote watch pass from your account
