Unable to Upgrade as Old Subscription Cancellation Has Not Registered

I signed up for the Remote Watch Pass when Plex got re-jiggered. Turns out I need the download functionality of the Plex Pass more than I thought.

To upgrade to Plex Pass, I needed to cancel my Remote Watch Pass. I got an error message stating as much when I attempted to upgrade.

I canceled Remote Watch. The transaction history states that it has been canceled. Remote Watch states that it will be active until May 17th.

It is May 19th and I still cannot upgrade. I still get an error message stating that I need to cancel (the already canceled) Remote Watch.

Sent an email to Billing asking for advice yesterday (May 18th) but did not hear back.

Any advice?

Thanks. I sent them a message via that link yesterday (May 18th) morning but have not heard back. Hopefully, I’ll hear something in the next couple of days.

Did they ever respond and fix the issue? Im having the same problem

Yes. I had to email them and they had to manually change something in their system.

how did you email them? I have the same issue. No response from them on their online form.
