Remote Watch Pass still active after Apple refund, cannot purchase Plex Pass

Hi,

I purchased the Annual Remote Watch Pass through Apple and tried to upgrade it to plex pass. The pass went through but never updated on my account so I asked for a refund to purchase in-app instead.

However, Plex still shows Remote Watch Pass as active on my account, and I cannot purchase Plex Pass.

Could someone please remove the Remote Watch Pass entitlement so I can purchase Plex Pass directly?

It generally takes 24 hours for us to get the update from Apple on subscription changes.
