Upgraded to Plex Pass and cannot find server?

Absolutely dumbfounded you can’t contact Plex for support when you pay for a premium service? Anyway I have upgraded and now have no media available to connect to my Apple TV locally and have trhe App in a perpetual loop saying it is trying to locate a local server? Anyone have any idea what issue I’m facing here as I’ve stopped my Firewall and now have no idea on how to fix this issue.

Is this a dud product?

Here is what I’m seeing:
Update your Plex Media Server
This version of the web app requires Plex Media Server 0.9.16.0 or higher. Use one of the links below to open an available server directly.

What version did you upgrade from ?
May be it is Secure Connections DNS Rebinding issue

Download Plex Media Server 1.0.2 from plex.tv/downloads and shutdown Plex Media Server and terminate any running plex processes and then install 1.0.2

At the end of the install, launch it and access the server through localhost (http://localhost:32400/web) on the computer itself and see if that loads your server library

Any issues - get screenshots and locate the Plex Media Server.log and attach (you can zip all log files with names starting Plex Media Server

Have you tried creating a new server. then adding the old one and deleting the newly created one. That worked for me on a shield.
