Upgraded to Synology DSM7 and cannot start/stop nor uninstall Plex

1. Uninstall the DSM 7 Plex app and use the ERASE option
2. You must set the “Full Control” permissions for the Plex share
   – The “Apply to this folder, sub-folders, and files” is critical
