Upgrading from Synology DSM 6 to 7 i lost my library data and playlists

Like the title states.
I did the Synology upgrade from DSM 6 to 7 and i guess i did something wrong.
I lost all my library data and previously generated playlists.

I had it all sorted by different Genres and Directors with “subfolders” in the lefthand library bar. everything was gone after the update so i had to re-add all my movies and series again which works fine in general but i lost all my sorting, ratings and playlists. is there any way to recover that stuff? maybe manually?
i think i gave all the proper permissions but i must have missed something.
The NAS root now has a “Plex” and a “PlexMediaServer” “folder” and i think one of those was not there before the update so i guess they changed something in the “folder structure naming”?

sorry, my understanding is a little low when it comes to “server administration” and so on…

I’m currently helping another user.

If you still have everything in the “Plex” shared folder then all is not lost.
(What happened is that it didn’t migrate correctly, which is not uncommon if you aren’t aware of what to do for the DSM 7 upgrade)

I’ll be back asap
