I recently decided to try and get my PMS to use a custom URL with a Lets Encrypt SSL cert and discovered that even though my setup works successfully for remote access (setup details), the remote access status icon next to the “Remote Access” server settings menu item does not show remote access is successful with green check mark. Instead I get a red exclamation mark.
It was reported that Custom URLs are not currently used to determine if remote access is available.
So my feature request is to have the process that determines if remove access is available to use Custom URLs.
