Remote access wasn’t working but under settings it said it was. Could access via DDNS:port 32400 but not plex.tv. So after switching a bunch of settings from firewall, router and plex its back working on plex.tv and DDNS but the settings now says not available?

The remote access indicator is not supposed to work with a custom server access URL, if that URL uses a domain name that is not *.plex.direct.
OK noticed it said indirect and limited to 720P. Set “Manually specify public port” and now everything looks like its working on plex.tv and DDNS. And the setting indicator says “Fully accessible” again. Thanks
