Use plex for music

Any good ideas here.
I have plex server running on a server.
I have plex player running on ATV4.
And i have an airplay enabled music player.

Hov can i control and play music, using plex, without having to have my IOS device, or ATV client running at alle time.
I want SONOS like features, where i tell the server to play something, and then being able to shut down my phone.

Any good ideas ?

Thanks, but that would require me to buy a sonos.
Problem with that is that they are really expensive, and have no airplay support, wich is a problem, when i want to also use them as external speakers for atv.
