User could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble signing in to an account (detected repeated failures)

I’ve waited for three hours, and this hasn’t lifted. I have no other devices incorrectly trying to sign in - could someone from Plex please help? I am heading off on holidays tomorrow, and wanted to copy some content onto my kid’s iPads - I can’t get any of them to sign in using my correct details.

Why does this check even exist? If it doesn’t work properly, please turn it off!
