User could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble signing in to an account (detected repeated failures)

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935 (i believe)
Player Version#: i am unsure as to what this is

When I try to log into my iPad on plex I get the error: “User could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble signing in to an account (detected repeated failures)”

I have attempted to delete the app and redownloading it, this does not help. I read a previous forum saying it could be a block on an account due to multiple failures??

I was hoping for help ASAP.
