User could not be authenticated

Recently not able to link my plex server to LG TV Plex app. I was using plex few month now. I able to access it from Desktop and mobile app just for the TV it’s stuck on redirecting or “User could not be authenticated” No issue to sign in Desktop and Mobile Devices.

That screen is for signing into your account it is not related to any specific server. Is the 4 digit link code still on your TV when you type that in.

what is it redirecting to?

When scanned the QR code, it’s loading non stop. and if entered Link code comes as user could not be authenticated.

Been trying to reproduce but cannot. If you are still having issue can you please try in an incognito/private window.
