Can't authenticate user

Hello,

I’m trying to login to plex via my tv. When clicking login (on the tv) it gives the four digital code to take to plex.tv/link. When I enter the code it always says “can’t authenticate user” .

I can’t find a work around to this.

I have updated everything.

I have logged out and back in again.

I have tried the route with the QR code, it moves to the “Redirecting you, please wait” screen with the spinning orange circle, but never moves past that, no matter how long I wait.

I have updated my password and logged in again everywhere.

My server is Version 1.32.3.7162.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately that doesn’t work either. It takes me to a page where it says “Checking code…” and “Loading…”. The waiting circles keep spinning but it never advances.

What kind/brand of TV is it?
Are you using a RTL language?

You are aware that he 4-digit code is only valid 1 or 2 minutes?
