First I’m a plex pass user in South Korea.
At this time, plex’s tems of agreement was updated. and Every auto-log-in was out.
I could re-log-in with my windows sever but
I can’t log in with my smart TV
I’m having a LG OLED55C9. It worked well.
When I try to link my account in plex.tv/link
“User could not be authenticated” in red message is shown. Can I solve this problem?

매우 감사합니다. 알려주신 링크를 이용하여 비밀번호 변경 절차를 진행하였더니 성공적으로 로그인이 가능하였습니다. 비밀번호 변경 페이지에서 응답이 없어서 안내에 따라 쿠키를 삭제하였더니 정상적으로 처리되었습니다. 같은 문제에 겪고 있는 다른 분들도 성공하기를 바랍니다.

I didn’t respond on the password change page, so I followed the instructions and deleted cookies, and it worked. I hope others facing the same issue will also be successful.
