User missing & You have reached the 15 person Home limit

Hello, I am a user of Flex Pass. I invited more than 10 users to my home user and was using it. But a few days ago, some users disappeared. If I try to add them again, there is a limit of 15 users. There are only 9 friends on my screen right now. They come into the friend count, but for some reason, it seems that they have been deleted from the friend list and are not available.
and I do not delete my home user.

I have 12 home users. (Including the host, 3 people are waiting for invitation.)
However, when I tried to add one more person, the 15 person limit was hit.
It is estimated that the three people waiting for invitation were deleted because the password was not reset.

The accounts of those users who have disappeared from your Home had been disabled and are no longer valid. However, you should now be able to send a new invite without getting the error message.
