User Ratings Not Restricting Properly

I have 2x children under my account, one has a Younger Kid restriction filter applied. This should include TV-Y7; however, I’ve found it randomly does not include added content. The recent being a TV-Y7-FV show. This is still TV-Y7, but it isn’t being populated on my son’s account. I’ve manually changed it to TV-Y7, but clearly Plex is taking in ratings structures that it’s not accounting for in the User restrictions.

Bonus points, but there doesn’t seem to be a place to adjust or add ratings sources anymore? I’ve been finding quite a bit of content that doesn’t pull ratings data. I know the data exists because I can pull it in my local scraper from multiple different sources. If Plex’s scraper for ratings is now hardcoded, it needs to have multiple sources to check after the first result returns null.

Also seeing this issue except even when manually adjusting content ratings, they are still not populating in ‘Younger Kids’ accounts.

Edit: creating an unmanaged user (actual account) and adding the content ratings as allow only works properly.
