I just tried and it is still displaying the error. Did you have to do anything in particular, like logging out and logging back in to see the sharing?
It is now working for me but slowly.
Finally working for me also.
Restart your Plex server and it should work.

Thanks for all the replies, at least I was not the only person having this problem. Now I know it’s not on my end. Today the hosted server side is working now. I can access the users for now. Hope it stays that way.
