I have a handful of non-technical people who are using my Plex server for whom this is their first and only server. When creating accounts for them, it auto-picked a username that’s just some garbage characters like “un75p” or something, likely pulled from the junk email address I use temporarily when signing them up.
Once they’re all configured, we change the username and email and get them all set up with however much personalization they want. But in my dashboard (and system notifications) it still shows the garbage name even if their account’s been updated. In “Manage Library Access” however, it shows the new names.
Is there something I need to do on the server side to update the cache of usernames or something?
I can provide examples in private messages if necessary, but I’m not going to just post their names on a public forum without consent 
Edit: to be clear, this isn’t a nuisance on their side, just mine, because my phone will occasionally say “byr&^yi accessed the server from a new device” and make me do a double take.
