Usernames with ampersands aren't displayed correctly in web player

Username with ampersand suddenly showing up as "&"

I happen to have an ampersand (&) in my username and recently it has started appearing as it’s character code “&” in all Plex clients, and I believe has messed up my Tautulli install as well. This happened suddenly, rather than after updating my username.
