Users having issue. Unable to change libraries. Admin user unable to view settings page

Not sure what is even going on here. Same thing happens with a fresh browser (all cookies everything removed tested firefox, chrome, and opera). Only work around I have is to completely log out and then log back in. But this only works temporarily. Give it a day or so and the problem comes back. One person uses the plex.tv portal and reports it’s working fine.

I’m having the same issue with my system. It started about a month or so ago, I don’t recall which specific version. I just upgraded to v3.93.1 (Web Client) / v1.15.3.835 (PMS) on Windows 10 and this issue still occurs.

I can confirm using https://app.plex.tv/desktop functions properly but for some reason using my local network won’t let me change from the main home page. When I select a library or settings page it refreshes immediately back to the home page.

Same issue here. It’s been happening for the entire 1.15-branch. I’m currently running 1.15.2.793 on 64-bit Ubuntu.

Hi, new to the forums. I have been using plex for over a year and this is the first time ive had this similar issue. Plex works fine in all the apps, even the in browser player will play. But on the media manager browser I can’t get off the all libraries page. If I click to go into a library, it tries to load into and then goes back to the main page. If I go into the settings and go out again, suddenly the server can’t be found and I have to open a fresh window to get back. Sounds similar to what others are saying. Running Plex on its own computer, Win 7.

Please use app.plex.tv until a newer version of the web app has been included in a new server release.

Can you enable logs in the web app by going to "Settings > Web Client > (Show Advanced) > Debug and change the Debug Level to Enabled?

Then, refresh the app to reproduce the problem, navigate back to that settings page and click the “here” link in the settings description to navigate to the logs page. Copy those logs and please DM them to me. Thanks!

I also have the problem described here. Started with 1.15.1.* and continues in 1.15.2.*.

Using http://app.plex.tv/ does work correctly.

Have collected web logs, will DM.
