Users having unauthorized access to admin profile

Server Version#: 1.18.6.2350 on MyCloud Home & 1.21.3.4046 on Windows
Player Version#: Plex for Roku Version 6.7 build 9

I have several family users in my house, so it is the same network
I’ve set the users persmission as per there age, kids, teens… etc and a the main profile is set with a pin.
but i noticed that from the profile of any user on the Roku device, under the libraries there is a “more” menu which when browsed I find the all the libraries and movies under the admin profile and with no restriction at all, meaning my kids can watch any movie despite the age restriction and without the need to provide the main user pin.
anyone knows a solution for this issue?

Can they see the libraries on any other device like the web app in browser or is it only the Roku?

On either of your servers network settings do you have the IP of the Roku in “IPs allowed without auth”?

Are both servers signed in/claimed with your account. if not signed in then they are pretty much open to anyone on network

Yes I tested it on Windows on the browser “firefox”, other users can view libraries and can play movies that should be restricted for them.

they cannot open the main profile directly as it has a pin, but under there profile if they chose “more” located on the left under libraries, they can interact with the main profile without needing the pin

I checked “IPs allowed without auth” and no, it is not set on that two servers.

and both servers are claimed and signed to my account.

Your avatar/username will show up there because that is your server. but it should only show the libraries they have access to.

when signed into a managed user can you take a screenshot of the More menu with the open showing libraries that should not have access to.

also I was wondering if the libraries are from both servers or just one.

Thanks BigWheel for your replies
Now I understand it, my avatar/username showing confused me as I thought they had access to the main profile, also there was a movie that had wrong content rating showed in the library, but digging more I found that only this movie was showing and by fixing the content rating of that movie, sorted all the movies by content rating, I found that cannot see anything beyond their age restriction.
thanks for making it clear and sorry for the disturbance, It was my confussion after all
