Hey, recently ran into an issue where my parents were unable to access my library. They have their own Plex account and I am sharing my library with them. They don’t have a Plex pass, but I DO have a lifetime pass, which I thought was all we needed between the two of us. When I was at their house I signed into my account on their TV and immediately had access to my library again.
Could someone tell me where where I went wrong with my information?
