Users unable to view shared libraries

Hi there,

I’ve had this happen with several users I share my libraries with. I share my libraries with a new user, they accept the invite, open plex on various devices (mobile, ps4, smart TV), accept that the library is insecure, and are brought to an empty library or are given an error that nothing can be found. The end user doesn’t even have the option to switch to a different server (they don’t have their own, are just using mine to access media)

Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips from either my end or theirs? This has happened with several users but I’ve been unable to reproduce the issue.

Thanks for the reply, yes they have access to the proper libraries. It’s very strange as some users experience this issue when first accessing the library, while others don’t. Any insight would be awesome.
