Using the skip back button occasionally leads to endless loading

When using the web player, depending on the media, if I click the skip back button a few times, it leads to an endless loading screen. I have to refresh the page to get it to start playing again.

The media is not being transcoded when this happens - direct play is true. This doesn’t happen when using the skip forward functionality.

I’ve attached the logs for my server to this message, in the hope that it tells someone something.

(Just for additional context, in case it’s relevant, Plex is running on macOS 10.15.1 reading media files from an externally attached hard disk)

Hey formerandroider,

I’ve got the exact same problem as you, running Plex in a docker with the newest version installed and direct playing/transcoding (with HW) and it’s loading forever and ever. But I’ve switched to software transcoding and then it needs like 10 seconds, but is playing.
