Other people are having the same issue. There’s a post on reddit about this as well as this thread that went ignored (Stop showing "Trending on..." services and platforms I do not have - #3 by rockney8588).
Unpinning Trending will remove these from the home screen, but that’s essentially hiding the feature. It still doesn’t explain:
- Why Trending on Your Services and Trending on Apple TV show up despite having all streaming services unticked?
- Why Plex is using the Trending Trailers row to force an advertisement for their Plexclusives on all users, despite users having Plex’s streaming service turned off.
I’m asking for support for a product I paid for.
