I need to see what is happening with the Package Center.
Please create the scheduled task – type ‘user script’.
It looks like this . ( use your email )
rootcat /var/log/synopkg.log
df -h
Save (OK) this task then run it 1 time.
It will send results to your email.
Please share that email contents (the package center log)
Did you mean this one:
Synology Log.txt (832.7 KB)
It should be this one @ChuckPa
Synology.txt (832.8 KB)
Thank you for the logs.
I see where things were.
At this point, I think you were actually getting the upgrade and it was taking time to complete.

It is VERY likely that DSM had found your old, hidden, data area and was trying to move it to “PlexMediaServer”
We can check for that.
Are you able to SSH (Putty will also work) to get into the command line of the NAS?
Thanks!
Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with Putty and SSH.
But i can try to download Putty, and let´s see…
Do you have Teamviewer ?
i have download it.
I am online.
Can you PM me, regarding the code…
