Verification email does not arrive

I’ve just installed a spam filter in a custom domain I own. Now changing all my accounts over to this new domain. A few companies have issues — Plex being one of them. I use a separate email for each service I use in the fromat of {company.name}@nospam.{mydomain}.{ttl} …

I’m not getting the verification email from my email change on my plex account :frowning: .

From what I’ve been seeing, some systems have been written with not-so-well-thought-out rules for sending email… some can only do {domain_name}. {valid_ttl} - they don’t like the “nospam.” prefix… could this be the case here?

Your new email was added to our bounce list due to it in the past previously bounced.

I’ve removed it from our bounce list, so it should be fixed now

Hi Dane, I am also having the same issue. I’m going to lose access to my current email registered with my account. I went a head and added my new email but not getting any verification emails. I have checked my email server (traced messages) in office 365 exchange admin and do not see any emails reaching my server coming from plex.tv

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Already did that before posting on here. I heard from people that they didn’t have much luck with help going through the contact page. So i posted here.

Hi dane like eveybody else ive not been able to reset my password to my plex account and even tried with a brand new email address and now just sitting here waiting for the security code … sofar NOTHING !!
