Got an auto update notice that Version 1.1.0.2611 was available for download and install…
Clicked download and that worked fine… clicked install and the word appears, but it just sits there and hangs on that part of the update…
Happens on two different servers …
Has always worked fine in the past …
Any suggestions on what to do next?

@Badgerdog there was an issue with the 1.1.0 updater on OS X, you might want to manually download and install PMS 1.1.1 which was made available to Plex Pass earlier this evening.
Going forward this should not be an issue. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Running 1.1.1.2675 on Mac OSX and tried this new automatic update to Version 1.1.2.2680, which says in What’s New should fix the nagging on “installing” problem.
Still hangs … not fixed …

did you read the comment.
You will need to manual upgrade to 1.1.2 from there on it should work.
Plex Media Server 1.1.2 is now available for Plex Pass members.
FIXES:
(Security) Devices authorized with the “networks allowed without auth” preference were unable to render images and play media when the server was signed in.
(OS X) Fix issue with automatic updates. (Upgrades from 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 will require manual installation.)
I did, but I assumed from the previous post that the next release would fix the issue…
I didn’t realize it still wouldn’t be fixed …
