Hi, I am running Windows 8.1 and I get this error every “Plex Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error” on everything I try to watch on my plex server. It happens on PS4 and my laptop. This just started happening today and the only thing I did on my laptop was try to install Microsoft Silverlight on my laptop from the Microsoft page but got some error message because apparently I already had it installed. Not sure if that matters though but thought I should mention it.
I can’t upload the Plex log files as attachment, it says “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments.”.
