Just upgraded to this version and it caused playback error on m desktop, laptop and NAS device.
Downloaded Plex-Media-Server-1.13.0.5023-31d3c0c65 from http://www.filehorse.com/download-plex-media-server/old-versions/ and it is working again.
Exact same issue here. Not only on my PC that I run the Plex Media Server on… but all other devices (TCL Roku TV, Roku Express, Roku 3, and Roku Streaming stick) in the house on a gigabit network are now having playback issues. Did not have the issue prior to this update. I may try and roll it back to a previous version at this point.
It’s not just us 2… I’m seeing a lot of other thread popping up about this.
