When running PMS as a system service on Windows. So using e.g. PMS as a service or NSSM.
Playing a video with transcoded video stream.
Previous versions:
Newest version: Use hardware acceleration when available, Use hardware-accelerated video encoding

I always thought the lack of hw transcoding when running PMS as a service was a Windows limitation.
It is, but someone clever found a way around it.
Kudos. Great news.
I guess the next step will be a native PMS service?
