Player Version#: Version : 5.44.3 on samsung 2019 TV 5.5
After uprgade to new version, cant start plex. Black screen when try to run it.
I have the same version with the same problem. is there a fix?
Yeah I have been seeing this also on my new Samsung since I purchased it a few weeks ago.
It usually takes around three or four TV restarts to actually get Plex to work.
The LG in another room has no issues at all.
For me, problem is resolved by itself. Start to work 2 days after my initial post. Maybe there was a new ugrade, don’t know.
I see new plex logo stays longer on starting plex, than better old one. But it loads plex now…
