Very Low Volume on Windows 11

I have to run my volume WAY WAY WAY up when I’m using Plex on my Windows PC. I use an SMSL Su-9 Pro DAC and an SMSL SA400, and I usually keep the DAC at fixed volume (max) and adjust the volume with the amp. During normal use (music mostly) I keep the amp at 15-30 volume (out of 99) and that’s loud enough. When I use the Plex player on my PC, however, I have to turn it up to at least 80-90 to be able to hear the movie normally (and it’s not very loud at that). I have to mute everything else because if there’s a notification sound or some other app makes a noise, it’s insanely LOUD and could damage my speakers

  2. How do I get the Plex app to play normal volume? This is unusable.
