I was going to watch an episode of torchwood today on my xbox one through plex, and the regular video screen appeared on my tv abut two thirds smaller than usual. as if i had been letterboxed and pillarboxed at the same time. Even the video control panel was downsized. When i play other videos or go back to the navigation window it returns to full size. It also plays full size on my Mac through Plex. can anyone help with what is happening?
Not sure if this would fix it and I don’t have access to my xbox at the moment but there is a setting that says something like “auto resize” or something similar. Try disabling that.
EDIT: It’s called “Allow Display Mode Switching”. That actually doesn’t sound like it will fix it but it’s worth a shot.
