Video freezes while playing and after resuming

Player Version#: 5.81.1 webOS 8.3.0

Hi im new to PLEX, but am having trouble with videos playing for a minute or two then buffering, then play, then freeze until an error occurs minutes later. It does not do this every time, so its very frustrating to try and diagnose the issue. I am not sure how best to post logs here, so if someone is willing to help me, please tell me how to post them and i will provide them.

I do see a lot of “Failed to stream media, client probably disconnected after 622592 bytes: 32 - Broken pipe”.

I am running the server on Unraid with the linuxserver’s app.

Check the activity dashboard in the web interface when the problem happens. Does the LG client maybe switch from direct play to transcoding?

Also, does the problem maybe only happen if you seek in the file and have subtitles enabled? If yes then you might have the problem described here: LG C9 TV: Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error happening occasionally - #91 by cremor
