Video Jumps and Audio Doesn't Start

Only on a few shows does the video jump. It jumps about a second then jumps another second and continues to jump through the entire show. The entire time there is no Audio. If I change the video conversion on the fly to “Convert Automatically” or “Play Original Quality” it begins to work. However, if I come back to the same show it begins to jump.

Update:
It streams normally on iPhone and 2 computers via Chrome Browser.
It skips on both FireTV’s
