The issue seems to show up when doing a tv show shuffling or play all. When it would start the next show, it would give you a frozen video image several seconds in the show. Then the audio would start from the beginning. Once the audio caught up to the same time as the video, then all would play together insync. The video would just start at like a frame from 5 or so seconds in. If you paused and used slider bar to rewind and start at 0 then all worked.
