I have had my plex server up and running flawlessly for about 2 years. Within the last week I can connect to my server from outside of my network, but the videos will not play. It goes to the loading screen and all I get is the cover image and the circle running. I have waited for 25 minutes and nothing. Everything works fine on my network. I have updated my server to version 1.24.1.4931 and have deleted the app on my Android phone and reinstalled it. I have also tried forcing it to stop and clearing the cache but nothing seems to work.
I can play videos from my Windows PC and Mac PC using the web based app with not problem, in the same network or outside.
