Plex support is non existent.
I can’t play any videos on plex on any android device.
It was suggested to update the plex media server which can’t be done on my cloud home.
Western digital suggest contacting plex because it’s a third party app!!!
This is ridiculous. Does this mean the end for plex on android? Nobody seems to care.
I’ve spent 3 nights wasting my time looking at every solution suggested in the Web and nothing works!!!
Same problem. ios version, pc app, and web version all work perfectly fine. It’s only the droid versions since the July 3rd update. I’ve also noticed that the latest version of droid is not even available in firestick. You’re not alone! Big issue on Plex’s end
