Video on Demand Plex restarting Shows from beginning after commercials on Samsung

When using Video On Demand PLEX on Samsung TV after commercial breaks
shows will constantly restart from the beginning no matter what point of the show
the commercial starts. Previous post was automatically closed without a fix. Issue is a still a bug with Tizen 2.4 models. I am using a Samsung UN55KS800DFXZA
