Plex Player missing frames in a number of movies/episodes

Hey Guys,
I have been having trouble with a number of my videos files for quite awhile now.
Videos are skipping seconds in Plex video player - does not occur using VLC or Windows media player when playing using these apps.

what i have tried,
Uninstall and reinstall Plex,
Reset all setting back to default
tried video in other Apps and works
uninstalled torrent downloader and tried another and have the same issue.

Any help or any ideas would be a massive help as its getting abit annoying at the movement and cannot watch videos on plex player

File type MP4 or any really, MKV etc

Are you playing in the web browser?

There is a setting in the Web player under the Debug menu to try and work-around the issue.

You could try enable this and see if it helps, or a better solution would be to download the desktop app and not use the web browser for video playback.
