Plex Skipping forward by a few seconds on Web Player

Player Version#: 4.145.1
The topic has been reproduced several times on the forum. I have such a case for the first time.
When playing the movie via Web Player in the original quality, I have screen trimming and a jump by 1 second.

I don’t have this problem with Plexe on Android TV etc.
