I am using plex media server for so long time. Even 4K videos plays best without stopping. Everything was fine until i install windows 8.1 on my system. Now even 1080p HD keep stopping, no quality either. I installed microsoft update KB2919355 also. Help me to fix this. I want to watch videos with better quality like old times.
