I’m running the latest PMS version, and have just started loading my photos & videos onto it. I’ve set the quality on PMS to 20mbps 1080p because my videos stop and start. When I check the video quality whilst it is running on my TV, it shows 4k, and when this is reset to 1080p, it is fine.
Why doesn’t the reduction of quality in PMS video quality(both settings) force them to be played below original, yet reducing the quality whilst watching, does??
Does no one know why this is?? Surely, parameters set in PMS should work???

What are you playing them on? what is the actual bitrate/resolution of one of the files
