So the video files do show up in Plex, but when I try to play them it just says ‘‘failed to load’’. And then gives me the option to cancel or retry.
It’s the first time this happened (and only with this particular season I’ve downloaded). Everything else on Plex works. So I know it’s specifically this batch of files. Anyone have a clue why?..
I know it’s dual-audio and in FLAC.

Which Plex app are you using to play your video files?
I have a Samsung smart TV so I’ve just been using the app that’s on the TV. But it’s streaming from my PC.
The app on my PC says an update is available, but whenever I download it and then install it, it tells me to grab a cup of tea while it ‘‘installs’’ and just stays like that indefinitely… So I’m guessing it’s not updated on my PC.
I have Version 1.16.5.1554

If it helps, the same files play on my phone. Just not on my TV.
I have this same problem which only appeared after plex server version 1.14.
Ig you select skip it should play as normal at least it does for me i have two samsung hdr tvs and one is a 2014/15 this one is fine no issues.
2019 model gives me this very same issue… very annoying!
My only other solution to this was to roll back the plex server version which solved the issue completely.
