I m using my old windows laptop as server for my video collection. I am using my phone (Poco F1) and Mi TV 4A pro as clients. When I try to play any video in my phone, it just works fine no matter what kind of video/audio it has. but when I try to play the same video in my TV, it loads for 2-3 mins and not playing. Also I noticed that the CPU usage in my server is spiked up to 99%. It doesn’t happen when I am playing videos on my phone. I couldn’t even play a 480p H.264 video with AAC stereo audio in my TV 
most of my collection has H.265 and/or AC3 5.1 Audio stream.
I even tried Plex add-on for Kodi and that gave an error “Playback failed”. In a single sentence, My phone works but my TV didn’t. I am totally new to his plex and don’t know if I am doing something wrong. Not sure what to do.
I am connecting all three of devices to wifi router and I have no wired connection. I am confident that my wireless connection has enough speed as I can stream 1080p without any issues in YouTube. Also my phone on the same wifi works just fine. Can somebody help me?
